What is Canvas? Links to an external site. Canvas is an easy-to-use, cloud-based learning management system (LMS) that connects all the digital tools and resources professors use into one simple place--like an electronic notebook!

Personal Settings that you can change:

• Add another email address Links to an external site. (in addition to your TCC default email address)
• Add text message address Links to an external site.
• Setting Canvas notifications Links to an external site. of assignment grades, discussions, announcements, etc.
• Personal Profile Image Links to an external site.:  Professors and fellow students get to know you easier if they can see a picture or avatar that represents you.

How to Send Messages Links to an external site.:  Note: Canvas messages are not the full campus email, Outlook, but instead are a powerful messaging/chat system that allows you to communicate with your current classmates and professor.
