A table is one kind of chart. It shows information organized in rows and columns. Rows go from left to right. Columns go from top to bottom.
Bus schedules are an example of a table. You can find where the bus stops and when the bus arrives at each stop on the route. Study the bus timetable below for bus route #44.
The top row shows the stops on the route. The other rows across the table show the time the bus arrives at each stop. If you see dashes (--), it means the bus does not stop at that location during that route.
