Purpose
This self-paced course is designed to take about four to five hours. This course will address those new to the four, overlapping and interacting dimensions linked by internal and external metacognitive conversations; as well as, those whom have attended or participated in the Reading Apprenticeship approach. The purpose of these modules is to give you a space to reflect on your practice, have access to TCC created resources, and collaborate with colleagues.
Structure of this Course
This course is not structured so that you have to follow a sequence. You will get the most out of it by going through the content and reflecting on the questions posed in each module; however, it is not required that you answer the questions in the "Discussions". Please feel free to email Danielle Ritter dritter@tacomacc.edu or Alisa Ulferts Birkenstein aulfertsbirkenstein@tacomacc.edu if you have any questions or suggestions.
