1. Look over RA Framework document. Download RA Framework document. For this introductory model to the Personal Dimension, I want to focus on one of the goals, "Developing reader identity".
2. Read the article by Tobias, Insiders and Outsiders Download Insiders and Outsiders, and take notes using the Evidence-Interpretation Note-taker. Download Evidence-Interpretation Note-taker. 3. Post in the discussion, Personal Dimension: Building Identity, your response to the following questions:
- What/who supported your literacy development?
- What barriers have you faced at various stages in your life as a reader?
- What were times you felt like an insider/outsider in relation to reading?
