One-on-ones

Hello, Team:

One-on-ones will be beginning this week and carrying over into next week.

Please come prepared with some possible goals in mind that are Specific, Measured, Achievable, Relevant and Timely.

In the past, SI leaders have focused on relationships with instructors, communication, session planning, and attendance, but your goals should be specific to you.

This is a perfect time to learn about how to finish paperwork and what will be expected of you as an SI leader.

Also, in this meeting, let us know what you are concerned about.
