Greetings colleagues,
As we embark into this new year, we are excited to learn about your program/specialization's assessment progress. Here is a simplified Annual Report Template (Word) for you and your colleagues to complete. If you have not started planning or beginning to assess for your 2019-2010 PLO/SLO assessment, please consider attending the How to Get Back on Track with Your Assessment Planning workshop on Wednesday, January 20th from 2:30-4:00pm- this workshop is designed to provide you the time and space to sit down with the faculty in your area and begin to plan or continue to work on your PLO/SLO Assessment.
As with prior years, please note, we still have a repository of these reports available Here. (We are currently working on identifying an assessment technology that can us better track and archive the reports. Since the above template is a slightly new format, please feel free to contact me and/or your IASC rep if you have any questions. We are here to support you in your continuous learning and improvement efforts.
